Almost a year after joining the Belgian group House of HR, Rtone is taking the next step in its growth with the acquisition of Openium. This merger is the result of three years of partnership and shared success across various projects.
Rtone and Openium now form a single entity in which each company retains its brand, its unique characteristics and its teams.
The three co-founders of Openium are continuing the journey and are becoming shareholders of the parent company, House of HR.
Hugues Peytavin, co-founder and until now Managing Director of Openium, is becoming Head of Mobile Operations, whilst Adrien Desportes, Managing Director of Rtone, is also taking on the role of Managing Director of Openium.
A process lasting several months that offers all staff a sense of unity and a particularly stimulating environment.
By joining forces, the two companies aim to strengthen their position, broaden their expertise and develop new joint projects.
Rtone is reintegrating mobile development services at the heart of its development studio, thereby following the trend for products to incorporate mobile applications into their service offering. This presents a real opportunity to diversify, but above all to expand its range of services.
The two entities mutually reinforce their presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and across the whole of France.
A growing workforce, with a combined team now comprising 120 employees, including 103 engineers, enabling the company to reach a size that is highly conducive to the emergence of new projects.
